ebay voucher from nectar not received

Hi,

I request an ebay voucher through nectar. my nectar point were deducted. But my ebay voucher has not been issued yet. NOW 36 HOURS PASSED.

I contacted Nectar help line. They say some issue with eBay site. I am stuck. I need this ebay voucher to do a purchase.

I get the following messagein red  for last 36 hours on the web page.

"We're still processing your last request - it'll just take a moment."

Any idea about this issue in ebay site ????.

You do not receive a voucher, the balance simply becomes available at checkout & you tick the box to use the credit.

But there is no tick box at the checkout page.
