Yes, as long as the seller ships to Europe.   Check the "post to" area on the listing.

The question is: How does a seller address and send an ebay parcel/ package to Gran Canaria and does the receipent have to pay any costs on receipt. Yes Gran Canaris is in Europe ofcourse.
