Hi, my ebay mobile phone app has changed, and I want to know why! Until 3-4 weeks ago, I used to have a list of 'other items I might be interested in' when I clicked on each of my Watch list items, but this has gone to eb replaced by 'Sponsored Links' which are useless, also I'm missing out on clicking on similar items that I might watch or buy. It's pointless doing a mass search - the beauty of the 'similar items' meant I clicked on additional items and bought them. what's happened? The Sponsored links are awful and not what I want. is anyone else in agreement?

Hi @jaynparr

This is something you need to raise with eBay CS to let them know that the app is not operating effectively and that you are missing out on buying more items.

It may be that there is an issue which is going to be addressed, they may have a suggestion as to how to sort it out,  or that they are unaware that it is impacting on buyers in this way.
