I have been browsing through ebay Help &Contact pages and found them woefully out of date , especially information and links from page http://pages.ebay.co.uk/safetycentre/rights.html#contacts
- moreover, there is no way of telling them that it needs updating, no email page, just "phone us" - phone us??? who would want to pay for such phone calls? they take a hefty cut of sellers' earnings, especially private small time sellers, so why don't they keep their advice pages in order.
I have been commenting on out-of-date information and poor presentation re the help pages for longer than this id has been registered. Some help pages have a 'was this information useful' tab and if you answer 'no' then there is a pop-up menu to select a reason why not. Unfortunately on the page you reference, there is no such option.
