ebay customer support non existant

Has anyone else had this problem? I can't hear, so need to email their customer support, but the many times I have tried, it merely produces a generic response that it can't process the email request at this time. It is just so frustrating and seem typical of the non existant help.Willing to take our money, but don't follow through or make it easy to get help

If you use the contact help & support tab,http://ocsnext.ebay.co.uk/ocs/cuhome  then scroll down the page you should be able to get the hearing impairement contact option to contact ebay
