eBay doesn't allow listing without EAN while the item doesn't have one

I am trying to list an item but every time i submit the listing this message  'It looks like there's a problem with this listing. The EAN field is missing. Please add EAN to the listing and try again' comes up i tried to select the EAN doesnt apply but still same message coming up. any solution item doesnt have EAN no. Thanks

It should accept "Does not apply".   Clear cookies and try again.
