Has anyone ever got resolve with eBay over late delivery?  in performance Transactions that weren't dispatched on time:

According to seller central, some sellers have had sucess in persuading ebay to remove defects when the seller has proved they dispatched on time.

Have you never looked at eBay's money back guarantee?? Ther's a link to it at the top of every listing.

Buyers can open a case for a refund just one day after the latest estimated delivery date, if their item hasn't arrived.

Buyers can also rate all aspects of a seller's performance, including dispatch time.
