dealing with low feedback buyers

I have requested that buyer with a lower than 10 feedback cannot purchase from me .. as I have found in the past new ebayers can cause problems , i have just found that a buyer of one of my items has only 2 .. how could the bid be placed then if that is lower that my maximum required .. as usual .. this buyer is becoming a problem ..  what can be done thanks charles

You can write what you like on your listing, but you can only stop buyers where the official ebay buyer blocks allow you to.  Buyers with less than 10 feedback is not one of those blocks.   Buyers with less than 5 who don't have a credit card on file, is, as are buyers without a paypal account. 

Go to your account in 'my ebay' and set up the required blocks.
