hi am selling wifes car as spares and repair ,had a bid for reserve amount but bidder has really bad feedback for not paying and leaving bad feedback themselves .PLS can any body tell me the true meaning of SPARES OR REPAIR as i do not want any problems with this person, I am under the understanding that spares or repair is basicly SCRAP value and is being sold as such? Could anybody clarify my position in this matter ,Auction ends in 2 days.

I agree with your interpretation.
However, if you feel uncomfortable with any bidder, just cancel their bid and then add them to your blocked bidders list.
Click on the Site Map text link at the bottom of this page, under the heading Selling Activities, you'll find the link to cancel bids and another to manage bidders.
