I am having the most awful problems with the asian customer service ladies. I have been mislead, lied to, not listened to, not understood. I never get to speak to anyone from the uk anymore and have no help whatsoever with problems created by other sellers

what problems have 'other sellers' caused you?
there isn't much CS can do about other sellers, they can only help you with your account,
would you like to explain the problem you have been asking the 'asian customer service ladies' to help you with?
