I am having the most awful problems with the asian customer service ladies. I have been mislead, lied to, not listened to, not understood. I never get to speak to anyone from the uk anymore and have no help whatsoever with problems created by other sellers

You almost never need to contact customer support.

What are these problems created by other sellers? If there's anything that can be done about this it will almost certainly be covered in eBay's help pages. Have you tried serching for an answer? If not, just click here, and enter a few words in the search field: https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/home
