I am having the most awful problems with the asian customer service ladies. I have been mislead, lied to, not listened to, not understood. I never get to speak to anyone from the uk anymore and have no help whatsoever with problems created by other sellers

Try early in the morning and you have a good chance of getting Ireland CS.
