How can I complain about eBay to themselves?
We've an issue we're trying to resolve and no one at ebay is willing to take ownership of it to help us get it resolved!
eBay have their own policies but don't seem to wantt to stand by them!

The Issue we're wishing to resolve is as follows: We wonder will it ever be resolved or are eBay simp[y not interested in upholding their policies!!
We paid dearly for an item that was 'Not as Described' because we trusted the sellers 100% feedback!
The item was not as described leaving us out of pocket big time! Obviously we want to warn other eBay users too buy with caution by leaving Negative feedback,,, which we did!
The seller simply clicked 'Item returned' (even though we still have the item) which cancelled out our Negative Feedback and maintained their 100% feedback.
This is agains eBays policies but they are not interested even though we have attempted to report the seller on numerous occasions!
Any thoughs and opinions would be greatly appreciated!

In answer to your questions:
Yes we did open a Not As Described case but did not escalate it because we would be left out of pocket (close on £100.00) because we paid courier to collect item. We're persuing the case by other means!
Because we did not escalate the case and because we 'Have Not' returned the item we are not going to get a refund through ebay or paypal for that matter.
BUT the issue that's concerning us is as follows!
We have not broken any rules by simply posting Negative Feedback to warn other ebay users as following... Reprehensible DISHONEST eBayer!! We fell FOUL of Undisclosed Damage! WATCH HIM!!
Obviously the seller did not like our honest feedback so decided to flout eBay's Policies by hitting the 'Item Returned' button on their account which... cancelled the purchase and our negative feedback!
We have contacted eBay to inform them of the sellers antics on numerous occasions but they do not seem interested! None of the customer service advisors want to take ownership of our case or follow it up by informing us as promised!
Why do they have policies that they are not willing to uphold!?
We feel someone needs to take responsibility but how do we get this to happen!?

If so did you escalate it it?
Did you recieve a refund?
Did you mention the case in the feedback?
Feedback can be removed it you break the rules.
