That is a heck of a lot of money. Is it a very large item or is it coming from overseas?
You say the seller is away so have they got an 'Away' notice on their listings?
Sometimes sellers place deliberately high prices on their items to discourage buyers while they are away.
Nothing you can do now except wait until the buyer returns and ask to cancel.
