combine sales and postage costs

a buyer has asked me to combine multiple purchases and postage costs. I'm not sure how this is done. does the purchaser need to do anything to initiate the process for me to invoice them

You can only Combine Postage for Auction Items. Buyer puts them into their Shopping Cart before they Pay. You find More Acttions to the right of one of the Sold Items. Find " Send Item Details" the Purchases will appear on one Invoice. Change the Postage Cost. Don't Click on Re-set. Just SEND.

 

You don't have to Combine Postage if you don't want to. Most Sellers don't. You can Refuse.
