collection barcode

I posted the following question on 4th. July and received one reply. I wanted to reply to the sender pixiesen2012 but I can't see how to do this. I tried to enter a comment but it doesn't show as a reply. In desperation, I am starting again in the hope that my Comment is seen by pixiesen2012, the person who sent the reply, or anyone else who can help:

My question was: I have searched Ebay help to no avail. I used to get a barcode by SMS as well as email for collection from a Collect+ point. I now only get a barcode by email. I have looked at the My Account tab > Communication Preferences and I can see Delivery Options which allows me to select email addresses and IM, but I cannot see an option for SMS. Am I being totally stupid?  BTW, I have checked that my mobile number is correct in Email and Contact Information.

I would like to receive the barcode by SMS as well as email. Please can somebody advise? Thank you. Dave.
