I recentley sold an item but didn't realise the item also included click and collect option.
It was an auction for the item.
the buyer has said the item has not arrived at the click and collect destination.
they have opened a refund case which is fair enough but i have looked into click and collect and am i right in thinking it is not valid if it is an auction item.
Any help or advice would be very helpful.
You are opted in to click & collect by default, it is available on auction & fixed listings.
When buyer pays you log in to paypal & send to address on payment notice, if it is argos store, send there making sure you included reference number.
You should always included return address, at least you will get item back if it can't be delivered.
