click and collect printing issues

i find it impossible to print royal mail parcel labels  with click and collect address as to many letters and numbers  in address  any ideas

I never do mine through ebay 

I just copy and paste onto a piece of paper and print it out

Stick it onto the parcel

Take it too the post office and they put the stamp on
