You are in the UK, where is the buyer? I hope it is not for that large amount of Euros. They should be paid for in cash on collection, to be honest that would be the best way for all of them as you could so easily lose the lot.
1st Class Post DOES NOT COVER THAT SORT OF VALUE. You need at least Special Delivery and to check that it is covered by Royal Mail.
