change delivery address and payment from my purchase

To change after the item has been won, but before payment:

At eBay Checkout on the Order Details page, you will see a Change link by the delivery address. Click on that, enter the address you want to use and click on Use this address.

If you have already paid you must contact the seller and tell them.

I can't see the change link sign by delivery address. I can't see payment details either. Is there any way I can call you about this. I'm feeling really lost with this....
