cancelled purchase

Hello we agreed with the seller to cancel the transaction. it is already 24hours and i was reimbursed only with GSP fee but not the item payment and the seller says it is up to me as a buyer to arrange to get the money. I paid via paypal and expected to receive whole amount back shortly. Please advice, thanks josef

The refund will be going back to the funding source.  You need to log out of the UK site and then back into the site for Gibraltar and check the status of the cancellation case.  If necessary, phone customer support for your country for help with your case.
