cancel a return request??

a buyer  wanted to return something  so i agreed.....but now hes made it fit so we need the return cancelled.....how do i/we do this??

The buyer has to do it.   Ask them to go to their My eBay > Messages, click on the return message from ebay and then click on the blue "See return details" tab.  Near the top right of the next page, below the blue "Reply to seller" tab they'll see - "If you no longer want to return this item, you can close this return".

Your buyer needs to go into the return request case which they can do by going to the Resolution Centre 

Resolution Centre

There should be a button to press which will close the case, therefore closing the request.

If they do nothing the case will time out in your favour after about 30 days.
