Just had a email stating that the tps conector is snapped, i have pictures of it in one bit and ok what should i do please many thanks wayne,
If the item was posted/couriered then chances are it could have happened in transit.
Do they want to return it or are they asking for a refund? if they want a refund then they need to return the item to you but you will have to foot the bill for that and it's easier if you ask them to open a returns request.
If it's something fixable then maybe they will accept a partial refund to enable them to do that, eBay wont get involved in partial refunds but you can sort that out with the buyer if you wish. Any refund, partial or full, needs to be via the original PayPal transaction to prevent them double dupping a refund.
