My boy purchased some air max trainers while i was at work i am fuming my account settings have been changed i have informed seller of this only a couple of hours after he purchased them and the seller is point blank refusing to give me a refund the item is not sent and i dont want them i have rang ebay and they said i have to wait until the 1st August but i dont want them sending i just want a refund and he is refusing to give me a refund please advise
