buyer not returned item

how do i get ebay to close a return, when my buyer has not posted the item back in the requested time?

You have to leave it to timeout, it will Close it'self if your Buyer does not Return the Item.

Ebay said they need to return it by 22nd December. If they don't we may close this return.
But it hasn't been closed
