Buyer opened a case that item is not the colour she wanted so want to return it. As our products are individually made we do not always accept returns at least if I know its not our fault. Tried to contact buyer, asked to send a picture so can show in the case that colour is exactly the same as in the picture ( we have a photo of real colours)
Buyer ignoring all messages, so asked ebay step by step and what a surprise- ebay straight away refunded money to buyer! Ignored that I provided pictures of item which I sent and that colour is the same as in the picture stated. Looks buyer got what wanted- item and money. From ebay it wasnt honest. Looks buyer can ignore seller and can get a refund- easy!
