tracking shows item delivered , buyer sends picture of empty box - when confronted states the box was open , now wants a refund or another item , strange did not ask for the same item ( can,t speak to ebay) any advice anyone
You don't have to do anything unless they open an EBay Returns Case for Item Not As Described within 30 days of Delivery. Accept the Return your Ebay Seller Fees would be Credited back to your Seller Account. If you don't Ebay will Force the Refund and you would receive a Defect on your Account. Once Refunded you can try and Appeal.
