I have jumped through all of the ebay hoops, registering a credit card etc but find I am still unable to put a bid on cutlery. It's beginning to annoy me now. I'm 80 for God's sake. I have already verified my age with the registration of my card - multiple times. I've been buying and selling on ebay for years and, now, I find I am unable to purchase kitchenware??
