basic shop £25 why am I charged £30 and £15

I have recently opened a basic shop which should cost £25.

Today I have just had my first payment taken . Two amounts £30 and £15.

Any one know why?

£15 for 1st part month

£30 for next full month

£25 shown excludes VAT @20%

Thank you I suspected as much. I just hope ebay don't find way of holding on to the VAT
