alton towers ticket

hi there hope you can help

I bought some alton towers tickets yesterday for monday 13 june and the title said 'receive today' .   Ive sent the seller a number of emails and still not received the tickets - as Ive booked in the hotel i panicked and bout 2 days passes instead.  am I entitled to a refund for my original purchase?  The seller still isnt responding.  am i entitled to a refund?

Even if they arrive late you won't get a refund via eBay.

You'd only be covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee if they were time sensitive in that they had to be used on a specific date, or were invalid.

You won't be entitiled to a refund if the tickets arrive, and if they arrive a day or too later eBay won't refund you either, that would be something you'd need to take up with the seller, a refund or return would be at their discretion.

Read Ebay's Ticket Policy by entering it into Help and Contact at the very foot of the Page.

You can Open an Item Not Received Case with Ebay in the Resolution Centre one day after the last Estimated Delivery Date. Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in. They will Force the Refund.
