I keep getting this error message when trying to list an item and it is starting to make me a little nuts... I even double checked all my settings to ensure that i do indeed, as i always have, accept paypal payments. It even says that at the bottom of the draft of the listing, that the payment options are paypal and cash on collection, with paypal preferred. Any ideas??

Have you linked your Paypal account to eBay's ?  You need to do this to be able to sell on here.

Go to your Account tab top left on your homepage,  from drop down list select Paypal account,  then click on the link there ....  Link Paypal to eBay.
