You get paid directly to your bank account, not your PayPal account.

Ok so is this the only way you will be able to sell on eBay as I do NOT wish to be paid into my bank account. I always use Paypal for any buying/selling I do on eBay & don't wish to have this changed. I'm guessing this means I will no longer bother selling on eBay ??

You will only be able to get paid into a bank account in future, yes.  Paypal will no longer be an option.
