No I can't comment on this page only update my original post.
Yodel printed the wrong house number on my parcel, not the van driver's fault. Yodel caused me 3 lost days, 3 days of misery. No apology or explanation from Yodel Office.
Service appalling.
Update.
I cannot reply to the last post because I cannot find a reply button, so I am adding to my original message. I insert a picture of the desperate measures eBay couriers have caused me to take, just to have a small parcel delivered.

Hi,
I won a bid from the USA, the parcel arrived care of a firm called Yodel. I received no alert that a delivery was impending. I missed the first delivery attempt. The driver put the delivery card through the wrong door, a neighbour had to bring it over to me. I waited in all today, at about 4pm I emailed Yodel to see what was happening. I was sat in my front room with the hall door open as it always is, several metres from the front door. The front door has an electric bell, it is very loud, it can make you jump. Posties will also hammer on the door if the bell is not answered to straight away, I have no problem with that.
Yodel told me they didn't know what was going on and apologised. At about 5pm I checked the front door, there was a second Yodel delivery card hanging in the letter box, the driver had timed it 4pm. He or she had had time to fill the card in, post it through the door, then disappear without ringing the door bell or knocking.
Incensed, I contacted the sender who blames it all on eBay, he says eBay select the courier not the sender.
If this is true, can eBay stop using Yodel please? I have lost a whole day, my neighbour has been inconvenienced, I have spent hours complaining / trying to work out what is going on, it's making me ill.
Advice appreciated with thanks.
The GSP service relies on eBAy/Pitney Bowes arranging a chep delivery service in the destination country.....uffortunately in the UK that courier is Yodel/Collect Plus
The seller does not have any control over the courier as their involvement ends when the item they are selling arrives at thei=r GSP depot.....the delivery contract is actually between you & eBay.....not the seller & eBay or you & the seller
