Maybe the 3rd occasion in a month now where a buyer has emailed asking to cancel within an hour of purchase, refund processed but PayPal retaining the £1.48. Understand the new policies etc & the 'part of business costs' arguement but had this been a sale of £500 I'd be down nigh on £15 for someone elses error / change of mind. Anyone challenged this or have a way round this ? Refunding the transaction to claim back the FVF means giving a full refund so no option of a part refund.
