I ordered an Xbox one for just under £200, it's completly broken , I've asked for a refund user is being very immature and swearing on his mother's life he didn't know it was broken , but it's the ventilation which must of been dead weeks/months befor, what is not straight forward on how to get a fund and us refusing to take any responsibilty, please help !!!!!
