I have a not from eBay site, my refund is at PayPal.

There is no refund on my PayPal account.

There is no refund on my bank account.

This item has been bought and paid via eBay.

As the item was faulty and didn't receive the return envelope! 

I expect a full refund of the item £ 92.99 plus postage of £ 7.65 total of £ 100.64 back to my

Bank account please and thank you.

If you did not use the ebay return postage label you will need to contact ebay to ask them to put your return postage tracking number into your return case.   They need that to show that you have returned the item, then they will refund your money.

To contact ebay go to My eBay and click on "Help & Contact", top left.   Scroll down to "Contact Us" and click on that.   Select the nearest topic and on the next page, on the lefthand side you should get a link for "Chat with us".    You may have to select different topics until you get the chat link.   If you end up using the wrong subject they will still help you.
