Wrong size sent

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I recently placed an order for a phone case size a10e however the seller sent an a20e. I have been back and forth with messages with them numerous times now and they keep trying to say I have ordered the wrong size case which is not the case. They are only giving me two options
1. Return the case and pay postage for a refund
2. Get the correct case sent but also pay postage.
As you can see this is quite frustrating as either way I have to pay postage for there mistake. When I placed the order for the a10e the postage was free but now after receiving an a20e I'm left with a phone case that doesn't fit and will be out of pocket because they sent the wrong one. Please advise.

If you ordered a certain size and the seller has sent the wrong size,  then no need for any more messaging as this seller is just not being helpful,  open a case for item not as described from the Resolution Centre ,  link found at the bottom of most pages.

If they want their item back first,  the case enforces them to pay for that fully tracked return postage.

Escalate the case on days 9  21 if not refunded beforehand and eBay step in and fully refund you.

Do not close the case early on any excuse or promise the seller may give,  once closed another cannot be opened with eBay.

Just let it run the full 8 days and  if not resolved in that time,  do not forget to escalate.
