Hi I have a problem I have bought an item for ten quid but when I went to pay it keeps coming up with a message saying seller won't post to this location I have checked my settings and all is fine I have purchased before and after without any problems at all I contacted Ted the seller who only is 2 counties away and he said contact e bay but that is easier said than done when I work nights and I'm only on pay as you go
This sounds like a familiar apps issue. Bypass the app, log directly into your Paypal account and use their facility to "pay for goods, eBay items" which maintains buyer protection for eligible items.
