Hi, won a top on auction but don't have eBay account! Will not expect my card details for the purchase! What shall I do? Can I cancell it now?

Do you mean you do not have a Paypal account?

Private sellers do not have the facility to accept card payments directly,  you have to have a Paypal account,  and then you can pay with that card at checkout.
