Winning bidder doesn't wants to pull out of the sale

Hi All, I sold a classic car to someone on Tuesday, they live in london i live in Cheshire, because the car is too far away they don't want it, where do i stand?

On My eBay click on the little arrow, far right of the item on your sold list > Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel or Something wrong with buyer's addres (ie. too far away).

do i get charged for it all then, will it be 10% sale price plus the fees?

You'll get the final value fee back.

at the minute i've been charged £14.99 to list the item, will they want the 10% final sale price aswell, as the winning bidder hasn't even paid for the item?

if they refuse the cancellation you pay full fees. You can cancel on day 5 as - buyer did not pay - you get your sale fees back and they get a strike [you never get your listing fee back].
