Winning bid not received payment no communication

Hi i had a item up for sale and someone won the bid for it however it's been 4 days and still no payment I have sent a payment reminded but had no communication back about when the payment will be made, how long should I wait before ending it without a payment? Is there a certain amount of time I have to wait?

You can open a case after 48 hours but most sellers would wait a little onger.  I usually wait till day 5.

So, you have waited long enough.  Open an unpaid item dispute in the resolution centre at the bottom of the page.  This gives the buyer another 4 days to pay.  If they still don't pay you can close the case 4 full days, timed to the minute, stating when asked they have still not paid. Your selling fees will be refunded and the buyer will get a strike on their account.  When this is complete you can relist the item.  Add the buyer to your blocked bidder list so she can't bid again.
