Why oh why is it necessary for someone @Ebay Ministry of Messing to keep trying to fix something that wasn't broken?
Since Feb 1, EVERY time I have opened the app, it has crashed and has resisted all my attempts to fix it, including buying a new Tablet and reinstalling it.
Today I find that EVERY one of my 35 meticulously filtered Saved Searches has gone to rat #&€%. This is infuriating and if I was a conspiracy theorist (which I am!) might lead me to believe that someone is deliberately trying to sabotage the app. Alternatively it may well be that the Ebay techie Dept are ineffective at resolving the continuous problems. .......and.........if someone from that Dept reads this.......please don't send me a simplistic fix as it's very patronising and unhelpful. but otherwise would be grateful for any other comments or advice.
