Why is my Feedback showing as 0?

Hi. I have 454 reviews over the year and was at 100% but now showing as 0. Any idea why and what I can do to rectify? Thanks

You still have 454 feedback, your percentage is zero because percentages are calculated over the previous 12 months, you haven't had any feedback in that time.

If you get one positive feedback you'll immediately have 100% feedback again.
