On what basis do ebay need to know its customers date of birth? I object to providing this, especially as there is no legitimate explanation given in their new t&c. The "this information is required " is BS.
As far as I know, D.O.B. is fairly mandatory for everything these days. I certainly have to enter mine every time I open an account online anyway.
