Why can I not print my return label from the email sent to me with it on

I have tried to return an item that arrived broken.

They have confirmed my return and sent an email with the return label but when I click on the label it doesn't print, just goes to sign in then home page.
This is becoming a nightmare.

I have been trying to send an item back that arrived broken.
You have emailed me a return label witch is impossible to print off, when I click onto the label it sends me to log in then home page.
It then says I have no order history, the website is awful to use! or maybe you have a technical problem. I have contacted the seller a couple of times for help as it's impossible to get any customer service on your website it just sends you round in circles.
The seller has sent me a return label via email but it's a return label for Amazon which I find a bit strange.
Can you please sort this issue out, it's becoming extremely annoying I would definitely not use eBay again.
Absolute terrible experience.

We are not ebay customer services, we are just other members like you. You should not have to return the item to Amazon, unless that is the address the seller has for returns in their ebay account settings. They might be using Amazon's fulfilment service, which is legit.
