Why bother?

I've used Ebay for years but I'm getting more and more fed up with it. The new phone app is poor. Sellers get no protection from scammers. And selling items such as phones and cars is just a waste of time.. idiots binning and then not paying over and over again.... Tonight to top matters off I'd put an amount of money in and was about to bid when the app timed out booted me... I didn't get the item, it went for a pittance... it would appear the bid page just times out now? And can you even send an email to ebay, can you contact them... no. they want your money but don't want any form of contact with the minions that use the site... so customers having difficulties and wishing to raise a problem are put on a users forum. Why bother?

Nice to know that you appreciate the advice and help that we give to others.

We are not Ebay, nothing to do with Ebay just other members like yourself.

Maybe you do not appreciate being sent here but maybe you should talk to the hundreds if not thousands of other people who have posted on the Boards and been given invaluable advice that they were unable to get from Ebay Customer Services as efficiently.

Maybe the others that we have saved tens of thousands of pounds relating to car scams also appreciate our advice.

Oh and for the record...we are not paid in any way for the invaluable advice we give in our own time.
