Why I was charged

Why was I charged for the return of the parcel? I returned the wires to Nextbase because the terminals to connect the wires were of different sizes and it was impossible to use. at the return, I included an explanation and a photo. Thanks for help

If an item isn't as described, you need to return the item via eBay and you'll get a pre-paid returns label.

If it's a change of mind return or you return the item to the seller outside of eBay's returns system, you pay for the return.
