Who is listening here? What happens if no one replies to an issue I have on here ?

 Hi, i'm a bit miffed as to how things get resolved if no one replies to an earlier post I made? Admittedly it was only yesterday that I posted my question but I can see that lots of other members questions are not being answered as well. If this forum is the only place of contact offered for ceratin issues & they are not answered then how do we get things resolved, am I missing something ?

Hi, I've just had to refund a buyer as the item I was sending broke at the last minute just before I was going to send it. Problem is I refunded him manaully through paypal before I saw that you can do it automatically through "canceling a sale' in ebay. So now when I go to "cancel a sale" in Ebay it says it will refund the money automatically from my Paypal < but I have already done this. How do I ensure that the sale is canceled but ebay doesn't automatically refund twice from my Paypal ? Thanks

your question was missed,

if you refunded through the original payment, clicking cancel in ebay will not trigger a second refund,

if you sent a separate new payment cancelling through ebay will send another refund.
