Where is the payment received option now?

Hi,

Is there a payment received option anywhere now? There used to be one but can't see it now. If a buyer pays with cash on collection/delivery, how can you mark it as received? Any advice would be great. Thanks

Ebay have removed it from the classic view and you now need to use the Seller HUB

It is under Orders near the top of the page 

MArk as Paid and Dispatched

Hi redwick1, thanks for the reply but when I go into orders on seller hub it doesn't let me mark as payment received. I have the money in cash and have received and given feedback so not sure how I can mark as payment received. Am I missing something?

I have just checked again and it is there for me. There is a drop down list saying Orders and paid and dispatched. If you click on it it comes up with the items you have sold and you can mark as Paid and disptached

The item I sold isn't on the Paid and Dispatched page for some reason. I have been able to mark it as dispatched on "awaiting dispatch" page but just need to find "paid" somehow
