Where is the Block bidders or buyers from your listings page?

To clarify - I don't want to be provided with a direct link, I would like to know how I get to the page via 'My eBay'. eBay states "Go to the Block bidders or buyers from your listings page" but doesn't say where that actually is precisely.

Can anyone please oblige?
